Acceptance

By creating an account or using TradeVind, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time -- if we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice before they take effect.

Your account

You need an account to use TradeVind. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately at hello@tradevind.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person, one account -- don't share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

Your data, your ownership

You own everything you put into TradeVind -- your contacts, resumes, notes, and career data. We don't claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service to you.

You can export your data at any time in standard formats. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

Acceptable use

TradeVind is a career management tool. Don't use it to:

• Spam people -- bulk messaging, unsolicited outreach at scale, or anything that violates anti-spam laws.
• Scrape or harvest data -- automated collection of data from other platforms in violation of their terms.
• Store illegal content -- anything that violates applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer or attack the service -- including attempting to access other users' data, exploiting vulnerabilities, or overloading our infrastructure.
• Resell access -- TradeVind accounts are for individual use, not for resale or redistribution.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We'll try to warn you first, but repeated or severe violations may result in immediate action.

AI features disclaimer

TradeVind includes AI-powered features like resume optimization, interview prep, job matching, and follow-up drafting. These features are tools to help you, not replacements for your own judgment.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that don't fit your specific situation. Always review AI outputs before using them -- especially for resumes, cover letters, and messages you send to real people. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from relying on AI suggestions without review.

AI features use credits (free tier: 20/day, Pro: unlimited). Credit costs are displayed before each action. Unused daily credits do not roll over.

Payments and subscriptions

TradeVind offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with notice.

• Free tier -- full access to core features with usage limits (200 entities per type, 20 AI actions per day). Free forever, no credit card required.
• Pro subscription -- $12/month (billed annually) or $19/month (billed monthly). Includes unlimited entities, unlimited AI actions, and advanced features.
• Credit packs -- one-time purchases for additional AI credits. Non-refundable once used.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your settings. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Service availability

We aim to keep TradeVind available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We'll try to give advance notice for planned downtime.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. This permanently removes your data.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive for more than 12 months, or if we discontinue the service. If we shut down TradeVind entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.

Limitation of liability

TradeVind is provided "as is." We do our best to make it reliable and useful, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform. We are not a recruiting agency, career counselor, or legal advisor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVind's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. For free users, this limit is $0.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages -- including lost profits, lost data (beyond what's caused by our negligence), or missed job opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For significant changes, we'll notify you at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of TradeVind after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
